Situated in a dominating position close to the top of a hill, Villa Ada is a splendid villa, comprising a large stone farmhouse (main villa) and its annex (guest house), just 40 meters away, each with its own private driveway.

Set in a large garden, each of the houses has a well-equipped pergola for dining outdoors, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Large picture windows in the living area of both houses allow one to enjoy the panorama of the rolling Umbrian hills.

The interiors have been finely restored with prestigious materials: antique doors, 18th Century oak-beamed ceilings, stone fireplaces and old terracotta floors. The property has been tastefully yet comfortably furnished with some beautiful antiques and with quality furnishings.

The swimming pool is situated on a raised terrace next to the villa. A shared hard tennis court located in an exclusive club can be used by the guests of Villa Ada.

Spectacular views, tranquil sunsets and a relaxed quality of life, all have been the inspiration of the owners, enchanted with the area and Villa Ada.

Here, in the area of Cortona - Umbertide, you can experience the best of many worlds - medieval towns, recommended restaurants (one of those at walking distance) and trattorias, golf, wine tasting - all within easy access of Villa Ada.

Its strategic geographical position allows you to visit many places of artistic and architectural interest such as Cortona, Siena and Gubbio.

During the low season, it is possible to rent either the main villa or the guest house separately, whilst the other will remain vacant during your stay. It is a highly recommended property.
